Sienna Logic LLC ("Sienna Logic", "we", "us", or "our") operates siennalogic.com. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. Our apps, including WalkAmp, have their own privacy policies published alongside each product.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, specifically when you use our contact form:

• Your email address
• The subject and content of your message

We also collect basic usage analytics to understand how the site is used:

• Pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, and the page you arrived from
• Browser type, device type, screen size, and operating system
• Approximate location (country or region) derived from your IP address
• Page performance measurements such as load time

Analytics are provided by PostHog, which stores a small identifier in your browser's cookies or local storage so that repeat visits can be recognized. We do not use analytics for advertising, and we do not record what you type into the contact form. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, analytics are disabled for your visit.

Beyond that, we collect nothing automatically other than standard server logs managed by our hosting provider (IONOS). Fonts and images are served from our own site, so no third party is contacted to display the page.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.

How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to operate the site. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, which delivers your message to our inbox. Usage analytics are processed and stored by PostHog on servers in the United States. Please review their privacy policies for details on how they handle data.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@siennalogic.com. You can opt out of analytics at any time by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser or by blocking cookies for this site.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
